We know you have questions. Many of the most frequently asked questions are answered below. If you don’t find the answer you’re looking for, please contact us and we’ll be happy to talk with you.

How many people can your event space hold?

Our on-premise facility can accommodate from 25 to 180  guests depending on the event layout and type of event.

What types of menus do you offer?

The Signature Club offers a wide variety of menus to please the most discriminating palate. We have many delicious items on our prepared menu and will accommodate any special dietary requests you may require. We will be happy to customize your menu to suit you! See our online menus available .

What about parking?

Parking is available in the Stories indoor lot, and any outdoor spots located in Congressional Plaza.   For valet parking, the guest needs to contract with an outside vendor. The entrance is handicap accessible.

Is there an onsite ceremony/reception coordinator? What staff is there on the day of my wedding?

You will have a dedicated venue coordinator the day of the wedding.

Do you have special pricing for children?

Yes we do. We want you to be able to share your special day with as many people as you like. The cost for children is half the price of your contracted per person guest price.

What kind of payments do you accept?

We accept cash, checks, money orders, and all major credit cards including Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express.

When is my deposit due?

We are happy to place a hold for you on a date at no cost or obligation to you for up to 2 weeks. A non-refundable $1,000.00 deposit and signed contract is required to secure your date. This deposit will be put towards your final payment for the event.

When is my final payment due?

A final, guaranteed guest count and final payment are required ten days prior to the function. This figure will be considered the guaranteed minimum for billing and preparation purposes. Increases to the final guest count will be subject to the Event Manager’s approval. Please note that the final guarantee cannot be decreased. The Signature Club will charge for the number guaranteed or the actual number, whichever is greater.

Can I make payments on my event throughout the year?

Absolutely. You can make as many payments as you like and they will be credited directly to your contract.
